About the role
The AIT - Interior Construction Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and construction phases of interior projects in Charlotte.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and construction phases of interior projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior construction management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project
