Design Manager - Interior Construction - Raleigh

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the design process for interior construction projects in Raleigh. Collaborates with architects, engineers, and clients to translate design concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of interior construction projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop and refine design concepts
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior construction design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
