About the role
Closets by Design is hiring Designers/Sales Consultants to help others organize their homes. This is a full-time, hybrid remote position with a flexible schedule, offering pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients. The role includes a 12-week paid sales training program and ongoing mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Begin the sales day with appointments scheduled close to home.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities for custom solutions.
- Educate customers on products and services using provided materials.
- Design custom closets and home organization systems in-home.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Computer/laptop recommended but not required.
