About the role
As a Closets By Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working in a schedule that fits for you. You will receive complete sales and design training; no experience required. Our next Designer Training class will be held August 17th–21st at our office in Lakewood.
Closets By Design offers home organization products which include:
- Custom Closets
- Home offices
- Garage Systems
- Pantry & Entertainment Centers
- Murphy Beds
Responsibilities
- Drive to the client’s house within a radius you are comfortable with (leads are provided; Closets By Design does not cold call)
- Take measurements of the area
- Listen to what the client is looking for (e.g., hanging space, shelving, drawers, etc.)
- Design and draw at the client’s house
- Price and quote at the client’s house
- Follow up with the client if it is not an immediate sale
Pay
On average, our designers earn $2,000–$5,000+ in commission and bonuses per month.
