Design Consultant / Sales

About the Role

Closets by Design is seeking Designers in the interior design industry to help clients organize their homes. The role involves visiting clients' homes, taking measurements, designing custom storage solutions, and providing pricing and quotes on-site. Leads are provided; no cold calling is required. Designers enjoy a flexible schedule and complete sales and design training, with no prior experience necessary. The next Designer Training class will be held August 17th–21st at the Lakewood, Ohio office.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes within a comfortable radius (leads provided)
• Take measurements of the designated area
• Listen to client needs (e.g., hanging space, shelving, drawers)
• Design and draw solutions at the client’s home
• Provide pricing and quotes on-site
• Follow up with clients if a sale is not immediately closed

Pay

On average, designers earn $2,000–$5,000+ per month in commission and bonuses.
