Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or in-home sales experience.
• Competitive streak and the discipline to back it up.
• Comfortable being the expert in someone's living room — confident, not pushy.
• A sharp communicator who can build trust fast and close with integrity.
• An organized, detail-driven, and self-motivated individual without a manager looking over your shoulder.
• A natural networker who can turn realtors, builders, designers, and past customers into an ongoing referral engine — self-generated leads are part of how top earners here hit six figures.
• Tech-comfortable (tablets and sales software are your daily tools).
• A valid driver's license and the flexibility to work evenings/weekends around client schedules.

Pay

$50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
