Logix Solutions is hiring a Deputy Chief Engineer – Textile Mills on behalf of one of its valued clients. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering operations, plant maintenance, utilities management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a textile manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant efficiency. Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Supervise textile machinery, utility systems, boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, generators, pumps, and related equipment. Plan engineering projects, shutdowns, and maintenance schedules. Implement TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, FMEA, and RCM practices. Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted operations. Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and statutory engineering standards. Lead and mentor the engineering and maintenance team. Requirements B.E./B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (PEC Registered) 10–12 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of textile machinery, utilities, industrial maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, boilers, and automation Experience with CMMS, CAPEX planning, equipment commissioning, and vendor management Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Salary: PKR 600,000–800,000 per month Company-maintained 1000cc vehicle Market-competitive benefits Career growth with a leading textile manufacturing organization Job Details Job Title: Deputy Chief Engineer – Textile Mills Location: Karachi, Pakistan Industry: Textile Manufacturing Experience: 10–12 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Sc.
