Deputy Chief Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps initiatives, enhancing enterprise CI/CD pipelines
• Prototype and integrate cutting-edge DevSecOps tools and techniques
• Automate infrastructure using IaC and CaC scripts for DoD levels
• Review cloud configurations across multiple platforms for security compliance
• Implement automated configuration monitoring for continuous risk management
• Mentor DevOps and engineering teams on high-level strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering with 12+ years of technical experience
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in defense programs
• Advanced proficiency in IaC and CaC tools like Terraform and Ansible
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipeline architecture and enforcement of best practices
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and secure containerization standards
• Experience executing RMF processes and STIG compliance in secure environments
