Responsibilities

• Prepare batches containing payment coupons and checks and ensure timely, accurate, and secure deposit of state funds through the Image Cash Letter (ICL) process.
• Monitor deposit transmissions and confirmations.
• Review Virtual Sort reports.
• Process and release the Subs Report.
• Verify daily reports.
• Research and resolve debit and credit encoding errors received from the bank.
• Serve as backup support for Returned Checks Specialist functions, including researching, resolving, and collecting returned (bad) checks; investigating payment rejections; assessing
