Deployment Technician [Exp W/ ServiceNow & HAM Pro] - Charlotte, NC/On-Site

About the role

This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.

Responsibilities

• transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
• imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
• scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow)

Professional appearance and excellent customer service are expected during the computer refreshes, which will take place at each end user’s desk.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus
