About the role

The team is supporting the opening of a new ambulatory healthcare facility scheduled to go live in November. Technicians will assist with all aspects of endpoint deployment including imaging, staging, workstation setup, hardware installation, and user support. This team will play a critical role in ensuring all technology is fully operational for the site's opening.

Responsibilities

  • Unbox, stage, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other endpoint devices for a new ambulatory healthcare facility.
  • Image and configure machines within a Windows 11 environment while ensuring all systems are deployment ready.
  • Set up complete workstation configurations including peripherals, docking stations, monitors, and cable management.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during deployment activities and provide break/fix support as needed.
  • Absorb inventory tracking, asset management, and equipment verification throughout the deployment project.
  • Work directly with healthcare staff and end users to ensure successful workstation setup and user readiness.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues and maintain accurate documentation of deployment activities.
  • Support go-live activities and provide post-deployment technical assistance as required.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with desktop deployments and workstation setup.
  • Knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems and imaging methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with deployment teams.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting end users in professional business or healthcare environments.
  • 1-3 years of desktop support, deployment, or field service experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
  • Ability to work in a healthcare environment and interact professionally with hospital staff.
  • Previous deployment or migration project experience preferred.
  • Experience with imaging, Windows 11, Desktop Support, Hardware Deployment, Troubleshooting, Customer Service, Break fix, Hardware Refresh, PC Deployment, Asset Management, Inventory tracking, Healthcare Experience, Windows 10, Tickets.
