Deployment Strategist

Role Overview

The Deployment Strategist is responsible for leading complex platform implementations, working closely with customers to identify high-value problems, and designing solutions that drive adoption and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the outcomes of enterprise-level deployments and ensure maximum value delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers to create robust technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Build trust with stakeholders across technical and business teams, facilitating progress and removing roadblocks.
• Drive product adoption by demonstrating value and developing implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with product teams to inform future developments and run pilots showcasing significant benefits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical background in complex systems, data architectures, and telemetry or streaming data.
• Experience in driving product adoption within engineering organizations and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Bonus skills include experience with aerospace, autonomous systems, cloud infrastructure, programming languages like Python, and understanding of APIs and web technologies.
