Deployment Specialist 📍 Lancaster, CA 💲 $25-$35/hr DOE 🕒 Direct Hire | Full-TimeJoin a growing disaster response and communications company that helps keep critical cellular networks operational during wildfires, power outages, earthquakes, storms, and other emergency events. Working in a small, friendly, and collaborative environment, you'll play a key role deploying and supporting portable generators throughout California.What You'll Do:Deploy, retrieve, tow, inspect, and refuel portable generators supporting emergency communication networksRespond to planned and emergency call-outs during power outages and disaster response eventsComplete equipment inspections, maintain accurate records, and support yard operationsDrive company vehicles and tow generators to field locations throughout CaliforniaWhat We're Looking For:Experience in construction, solar, field operations, equipment logistics, towing, or related industries preferredStrong work ethic with the flexibility to work overtime and respond to emergency situationsComfortable working outdoors and in changing field conditionsValid California driver's license requiredSchedule & Perks:Multiple shifts available: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, or 10:30 AM-6:00 PMOn-call rotation approximately once every 4-6 weeks (7:00 PM-7:00 AM)Overtime opportunities availableParking providedCasual, tight-knit team environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a flexible schedule, and wants to make an impact supporting critical emergency communications infrastructure.
