We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. The posting includes Position Information description, essential functions (list of duties), minimum qualifications, physical abilities, sensory requirements, environmental factors, EEO statement (boilerplate to remove). No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info. So we should not include those sections. We need About the role (maybe a brief summary), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe physical abilities, sensory, environmental?), Qualifications (minimum qualifications). Skills maybe implied? Could include Skills if present: ability to review, classify, etc. The posting includes abilities: ability to review, classify, categorize, prioritize, analyze data; ability to work with persuasion/influence; ability to operate equipment; ability to utilize reference data. Those could be skills. So we can have a Skills section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove EEO boilerplate. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the essential functions list (many duties). We'll put them in
  • . Also include physical abilities, sensory requirements, environmental factors maybe as a list under Requirements or separate? Could be under Requirements (physical, sensory, environmental). Or we could have a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. So we put them under Requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree etc. Skills: list of abilities. About the role: maybe a short paragraph summarizing purpose: "provide professional level human resources support and serve as a human resources liaison to an assigned department." We must not include fluff like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Thus output:

We could also have Skills section separate from Requirements, but we already included abilities in Requirements. However the instruction: Use headings for Skills if posting has real specific content. The posting includes abilities that could be considered skills. We could split: Requirements = minimum qualifications, Skills = abilities. But we already put abilities under Requirements. Might be okay but better to separate: Requirements = minimum qualifications (education/experience). Skills = abilities (review/classify, persuasion, operate equipment, utilize data). Physical abilities, sensory, environmental could be under Requirements or maybe under a separate section but not allowed. Could put them under Requirements as well. Let's restructure: - About the role - Responsibilities - Qualifications (education/experience) - Skills (abilities to review/classify, persuasion, operate equipment, utilize data) - Requirements (physical abilities, sensory requirements, environmental factors) But we need to avoid thin sections. However we have enough content for each. Let's do:

We should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Make sure we preserve all substantive information: The essential functions list includes many items; we captured them as list items each covering a paragraph. Ensure we didn't lose any detail: The original essential functions paragraph had multiple sentences separated by semicolons; we kept them as one li each. That's fine. Check we didn't miss any: The original also had "Performs other related duties as assigned." at end; we omitted that. Should we include? It's a substantive line. It's a generic statement but it's part of posting. Should we include? It's not boilerplate; it's a duty. We should include as a li. Add at end of responsibilities:
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Also there was "Performs payroll duties: reviews and enters timesheets into timekeeping system; monitors and maintains time sheet records and leave reports; prints and reviews payroll registers; and makes corrections and submits to payroll office." Already covered. Also "Recommends salary adjustments and increases as directed; receives and responds to inquiries; conducts research; provides technical analysis; and makes appropriate recommendations." covered. Also "Performs personnel duties: educates staff on payroll/personnel policies and procedures; and assists management and supervisors with technical and administrative issues." covered. Also "Reads, assimilates and disseminates information on changes in laws and regulations; confers with HR Department and department management regarding impact of changes on department policies and procedures; responds to internal and external requests for information regarding local, state and federal personnel laws and ordinances." covered. Now we have all. Check for any other substantive info: The "Minimum Qualifications" we captured. The "Physical Abilities", "S
