About the role
The position serves as a Graduate Student Assistant on the Technology Infrastructure for Data Exploration (TIDE) project, a multi-campus initiative funded by the National Science Foundation to create the first computational core facility focused on supporting faculty research within the California State University (CSU) system.
Responsibilities
- Support facilitation and outreach efforts, which may include conducting HPC and AI research (e.g., reading papers, testing models, and building tools)
- Maintain websites and documentation
- Respond to support requests
- Enable use of TIDE by developing software containers, data workflow scripts, and CI/CD pipelines

Currently enrolled as a graduate student at CSUSB
Must maintain academic eligibility throughout employment period (3.0 GPA or higher)
Must be able to work cooperatively with faculty, staff and other students

Additional Information
International students must have full-time enrollment at CSUSB. (12 units undergraduate; 6 units graduate)
Students must be enrolled in at least halftime units at CSUSB (6 units undergraduate; 3 units graduate)

Timebase or Hours of Appointment: 5 - 20 hours per week
