About the role

Under the direction of the store manager, is responsible for the in-store operations that are directly involved in the sale of merchandise for an accountable selling area or areas. Responsible for maximizing sales, profit, and inventory objectives within these areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and operational duties.
• Customer relations.
• Supervises, trains, and develops all sales staff associated with assigned areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
• Must have open availability and be able to multi-task.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent coaching and communications skills.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory/management retail operational experience required.

Pay

Salary: Minimum $21.33

Schedule

Shift Work: 24/7 365 days/year
