About the role
The Department Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manages the backroom product flow function, overseeing inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the thrift retail industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
