Responsibilities
- Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
- Set goals and delegate tasks to their teams
- Follow up and report results
- Ensure the restaurant delivers high quality food to customers quickly
- Ensure food is always safe
- Control food costs
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items
- Hire qualified crew members
- Train crew members well
- Schedule crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
- Engage employees through motivation and recognition
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a memorable customer experience
- Ensure sales promotions are done well
- Train service staff in service procedures
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service
Qualifications
Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Experience with inventory management and budgeting.
Ability to train and mentor team members.
Experience with scheduling and meeting business goals.
Ability to motivate and recognize team members.
Experience with customer service and hospitality.
Experience with managing a kitchen department.
Experience with managing a people department.
Experience with managing guest services.
