Responsibilities
- Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
- Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- Follow up and report results to team and other managers
- Ensure the restaurant delivers high quality food to customers quickly
- Ensure food is always safe
- Control food costs
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items
- Hire and train qualified crew members
- Schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Engage employees through motivation and recognition
- Lead shifts to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to teams

Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with flexible schedule
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and inventory management principles
