Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each visit. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results.

Responsibilities

The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions effectively, train service staff in procedures, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.

The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant provides high-quality food to customers quickly and safely, controls food costs, trains kitchen staff in production procedures, and manages new menu items.

The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified staff, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. This manager also helps Crew members get off to a good start and motivates them throughout their time working there.

Qualifications

An energetic and driven individual with supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal for this role.

Skills

Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are essential.
