What You’ll Do (Department Manager)

• Guest Service DM: Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience
  Oversee sales promotions and service standards
  Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive-Thru operations
• Kitchen DM: Ensure quality, safety, and fast-food production
  Monitor food cost and inventory
  Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items
• People DM: Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  Motivate and recognize team members
  Support staff development and retention

What You Need

• Previous managerial experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality).
• A positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
