Some managers also oversee specific departments, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results. Opportunities include:
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure a great customer experience, train service staff, and organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Oversee food quality, safety, and cost control while training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, while motivating and recognizing team members.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
