Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities that may include:
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, ensure a positive start for new employees, and keep them motivated and recognized throughout their employment.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
