Department Manager

The Department Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports store operations and customer service
• Manages inventory and ensures smooth product flow
• Trains and mentors team members
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures
• Collaborates with other departments to enhance store performance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail or related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles

Pay

$17.10 to $28.04 per hour
