- Lead the Guest Service Department, ensuring all service staff are trained and the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Lead the Kitchen Department, overseeing food quality, speed, safety, and cost control.
- Lead the People Department, ensuring qualified staff are hired, trained, and scheduled to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees by helping them get started and motivating them throughout their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with schedules and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
