About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring a great customer experience, managing inventory, training staff, and meeting sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and higher management
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service
• Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and controls food costs
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit targets
• Support new employees and motivate existing staff

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for the position

Qualifications

While not specified, previous managerial experience in a similar setting is preferred.

Skills

Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with restaurant management software are beneficial.
