Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities that may include:

• Managing assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results

Guest Service Department Manager

• Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
• Executing sales promotions effectively
• Training all service staff in service procedures
• Organizing Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service

Kitchen Department Manager

• Ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely
• Controlling food cost
• Training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items

People Department Manager

• Hiring qualified crew and training them effectively
• Scheduling staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
• Ensuring Crew have a positive start and are recognized and motivated throughout their employment

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants
