About the Role

SLI Enterprises operates many McDonald's restaurants across the DFW metroplex. Locations Include: Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, Terrell.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, fast service, food safety, and controls food costs while training kitchen staff in production procedures.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train them well, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and ensure they get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• You must be 18 years or older to apply for a management position in a corporate-owned and operated McDonald's restaurant.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
