About the role
We’re looking for a Department Manager to join our leadership team at McDonald’s. As a Department Manager, you’ll:
- Lead a team of crew and shift leaders to meet restaurant goals
- Coach, train, and develop crew for high performance
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences at all times
- Monitor food safety and cleanliness procedures
- Manage inventory, food cost, and labor within your area
- Assist in daily operations and step in wherever needed
