About the Role

SLI Enterprises operates many McDonald's restaurants across the DFW metroplex. Locations Include: Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, Terrell.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results.
• Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience.
• Manage the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards.
• Train and schedule kitchen staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Hire, train, and motivate crew members to ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for a management position in a corporate-owned restaurant.
