Department Manager

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned stores.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills in managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ability to set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Knowledge of service procedures and production procedures.
• Experience in hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
• Ability to ensure a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, organize service areas, and maintain food safety and quality.
