About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring a great customer experience, managing inventory, training staff, and meeting sales and profit goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service every visit.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and controls food costs.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and a passion for the McDonald’s brand.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant.
