Responsibilities

• Ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
• Manage sales promotions effectively
• Train service staff on service procedures
• Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
• Lead the Guest Service Department
• Manage the Kitchen Department
• Manage the People Department
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Support new employees and motivate current staff

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Age 18 or older
