About the role

The Spillane Organization operates a McDonald’s restaurant independently of McDonald’s USA. As a manager, you will work directly for The Spillane Organization, not McDonald’s USA. Your responsibilities will include leading shifts, managing departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing various aspects of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service every visit.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee sales promotions and train service staff in procedures.
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with schedules and a passion for the McDonald’s brand.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.
