Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
• Train service staff in procedures
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
• Ensure the restaurant delivers quality food and controls food costs
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and flexibility with scheduling
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Possess POS and Microsoft Office computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High standards and a commitment to continuous improvement

Schedule

Flexible, covering weekdays, nights, and weekends. Restaurants operate 364 days a year and 24 hours a day at some locations.
