Responsibilities
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Department Managers may lead specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People.
- Guest Service Department Managers ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize service areas.
- Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and fast service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff.
- People Department Managers ensure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and support Crew throughout their time working there.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
