Department Manager
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include managing Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
Responsibilities
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high-quality food and service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires and trains qualified staff, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and supports their development and motivation.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are sought.

Pay
The wage rate for this position ranges from $22 per hour to $24 per hour.
