Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, or People) with specific focus areas:
  • Guest Service Department Manager: Oversee customer experience, sales promotions, staff training, and organization of Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas.
  • Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure high-quality, fast, and safe food production, control food costs, and train staff on procedures, including new menu items.
  • People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals; onboard and motivate staff throughout their employment.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and report results to the team and other managers.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
