Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high-quality food and service, manages food safety and costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
• The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified staff, trains them effectively, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, while also supporting their well-being and motivation.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
