Department Manager

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned stores.

Qualifications

• Manages shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• May manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Trains and motivates Crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Manages Kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and fast service.
• Hires and trains qualified Crew members.

Skills

• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and production procedures.
