About the role

The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a great customer experience across all service areas.
  • Manage sales promotions effectively.
  • Train and supervise service staff.
  • Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
  • Lead the Guest Service Department, overseeing the performance of Crew and Managers.
  • Manage the Kitchen Department, ensuring quality food delivery and cost control.
  • Oversee the People Department, recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support new employees and motivate existing staff.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace.
  • Must be 18 years or older to qualify for management positions.

Pay and Benefits

The starting wage for a Department Manager at a Carnagio Enterprises-owned McDonald’s restaurant begins at $18 per hour and has a maximum of $27 per hour. Additional benefits include:

Qualifications
