Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew members and other managers during the shift to maintain great quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
- May be responsible for meeting targets during the shift, completing paperwork, and helping assigned Departments meet their goals.
- Ensure food safety, manage internal communication, handle exceptions, and provide exceptional customer service, including digital ordering.
- Manage quality food production, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Train new employees, manage people practices, and support recruitment, retention, engagement, and development.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for the role.
Physical Demands
- Work a schedule that fits the restaurant needs.

- Use muscles to lift, push, pull, and carry objects: occasionally up to 40 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds.
