About the role
Join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals as a Full-Time Dental Treatment and Billing Coordinator in Marietta, Georgia.
Schedule
- Monday and Wednesday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 7:15 am – 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:15 am – 2:30 pm (1–2 Fridays per month)
Responsibilities
- Dental treatment coordination and presentation to patients
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
- Answer incoming calls, including new patients and emergencies
- Establish trusting relationships with new patients
- Track pending and incomplete treatments
- Ensure dental goals are being met regarding dental services
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow-ups
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
- Management of treatment planning, presentations, insurance, and patient aging reports
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 3 or more years of administrative experience in a dental practice
- Experience with treatment planning, presentations, insurance, and patient aging reports (required)
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
