Dental Treatment & Billing Coordinator

About the role

Join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals as a Full-Time Dental Treatment and Billing Coordinator in Marietta, Georgia.

Schedule

• Monday and Wednesday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday and Thursday: 7:15 am – 4:30 pm
• Friday: 7:15 am – 2:30 pm (1–2 Fridays per month)

Responsibilities

• Dental treatment coordination and presentation to patients
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
• Answer incoming calls, including new patients and emergencies
• Establish trusting relationships with new patients
• Track pending and incomplete treatments
• Ensure dental goals are being met regarding dental services
• Appointment scheduling
• Requesting records
• Patient follow-ups
• Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
• Management of treatment planning, presentations, insurance, and patient aging reports

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 3 or more years of administrative experience in a dental practice
• Experience with treatment planning, presentations, insurance, and patient aging reports (required)
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
