Schedule
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Friday Half-Day (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Compensation
Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus
Experience
Experience: Dental experience is a plus, but NOT required-we will train the right person!

What You'll Be Doing
As The Face And Voice Of Flagstaff Smiles, You Are The First Smile Our Patients See And The Primary Point Of Contact For Our Practice
- Warmly greeting patients upon arrival and managing a seamless check-in process.
- Answering incoming phone calls, confirming appointments, and managing the scheduling calendar.
- Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with chart preparation for upcoming patient visits.
- Delivering a 5-star customer service experience that puts patients at ease from the moment they step into our office.
Qualifications
- Experience: Customer service, retail, hospitality, or office receptionist background preferred.
- Dental front-office experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is available for motivated candidates!
