About the role

Piedmont Regional Dental Clinic (PRDC) is growing and seeks experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Dental Assistants—full-time and part-time—to join their mission-driven team. PRDC provides high-quality, affordable dental care to low-income, uninsured children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Aid dental professionals in delivering top-quality care
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and support procedures
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for patients, calming nerves and building trust
• Provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with a passionate team to serve patients with excellence

Requirements

• Trained and experienced Dental Assistant
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
• Genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a dental setting preferred
