Dental Assistant - $1,500 Bonus - $22.29-$27.31/hr

About the role

A Dental Assistant supports high-quality, patient-centered dental care within a community health setting. Working alongside providers and a supportive team, you will assist with sterilization, patient charting, chairside procedures, and patient education on oral health.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during dental procedures
• Update patient records and perform X-rays
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Aid in orthodontic procedures as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to obtain Washington State Dental Assistant registration
• BLS certification within 90 days
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology, materials, and infection control
• Ability to perform four-handed assisting and work with diverse patients
• Proficiency with electronic dental records and basic computer skills
