Support dental providers in delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient records and vital signs
- Conduct X-rays and periodontal charting
- Set up and sterilize equipment
- Absorb and assist with examinations
- Prepare instruments and provide preventative oral health treatments
- Maintain infection control
- Absorb orthodontic procedures and patient education
- Support orthodontic and clinical duties as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered Dental Assistant or EFDA certification
- BLS certification within 90 days
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology, materials, and infection control
- Strong manual dexterity and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic records and Microsoft Office
