Position Summary

We are hiring two Demand Generation Specialists who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing high-impact lead generation campaigns. This role is critical in attracting qualified leads for our company and the independent financial advisors we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development
    • Conduct market research to better understand buyer needs, audience segments, and emerging trends.
    • Develop and refine demand generation strategies that support quality lead growth.
    • Maintain a professional and engaging tone in creating messaging that resonates with financial advisors and pre-retiree/retiree audiences.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform campaign planning.
  • Campaign Creation & Execution
    • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, webinars, email, and event/trade show support.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, consistent, and timely.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Track, measure, and evaluate campaign performance against established goals.
    • Use data and reporting to identify opportunities to improve engagement, lead quality, and ROI.
    • Share insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement.
  • Sales Collaboration
    • Partner with sales teams to support lead quality and smooth handoff.
    • Align on goals, performance expectations, and success metrics.
    • Support open communication between teams to help create a strong lead pipeline.
  • Marketing Technology Management
    • Use marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms to support and scale campaigns.
    • Help streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of campaign execution.
    • Stay current on tools and technologies that support strong demand generation results.

Requirements

  • Background and Education
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, digital marketing, or related marketing roles.
    • Experience in B2B and B2C campaign development.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
    • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, YouTube, or similar tools.
  • Regulatory Awareness
    • Familiarity with SEC or FINRA guidelines is a plus, but not required.
  • Physical & Work Environment Requirements
    • Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
    • Routine use of telephone and email.
    • Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The position is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
