Demand Generation Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, display advertising, webinars, content marketing, and other digital channels
  • Manage campaign budgets and performance to maximize lead generation, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), pipeline contribution, and return on investment
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including CPL, conversion rates, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, lead routing, follow-up effectiveness, and campaign alignment
  • Manage audience segmentation, account targeting, and list-building initiatives to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted outreach programs
  • Plan and execute landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Develop, test, and optimize ad copy, messaging, creative assets, and campaign offers
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance
  • Stay current on industry trends, advertising platform updates, and demand generation best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven success generating qualified leads and pipeline through digital marketing programs
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of key demand generation metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, opportunity creation, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Salesforce reporting, or similar analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
