Demand Generation Specialist

About the role

This is a hands-on strategist role with responsibility for both client relationships and campaign performance. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients. You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables
• Monitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost
